Following the announcement of LOEN Entertainment's reorganization, it came as a surprise to fans to find out that Brown Eyed Girls' Ga In was not listed in the company's roster of talents.
Just recently, it was revealed that Ga In will now be moving in with APOP Entertainment. According to a LOEN representative, "In the case of Ga In, her albums were co-produced by LOEN and APOP Entertainment. As the contract for that project expired, Ga In left LOEN and will be promoting under APOP."
Despite her decision to leave LOEN, they assured that Ga In is welcome to coordinate with the company for her future projects.
Ga In is now set to join Jo Hyung Joo, former "Birth of a Great Star" contestant, as one of APOP's talents.
In recall, it was announced on September 24 that LOEN Entertainment will be undergoing an organization overhaul to create a new multi-label system. This move is part of the company's expansion process.
LOEN talents are now separated into two labels: LOEN Tree Label and Collaboddari Label.
LOEN Tree Label, under the leadership of Cho Young Chul, will manage IU, History, Kim Suk Hoon, Sunny Hill, and Jo Han Sun.
Collaboddari Label will be managed by Shinsadong Tiger and will look after Zia and FIESTAR.
Ga In signed with LOEN Entertainment to assist her in her solo projects back in 2011.
