Soyou and JungGiGo first released their duet, "Some", on February 7. And since then, the group has been scoring the high notes on music charts and music shows, even edging out tough competitors such as CNBLUE, Girls' Generation, and 2NE1.
As of March 3, "Some" continued its long-term reign on MelOn's music chart, as well as charts on Olleh Music, Monkey3, and Genie. The sweet track has appealed greatly to the listening public, tugging at heartstrings and topping charts. It's been a month and a half of reign for Soyou and JungGiGo.
Despite the multiple comebacks that have threatened its reign, "Some" remained unwavering. And although Lee Chang Jung's "Ordinary Song" dethroned "Some", it bounced back to the top only by a few hours.
Next week, Soyou and JungGiGo are going to face more comebacks including Jo Sung Mo, Lee Sun Hee, Lee Seung Hwan, and Park Hyo Shin.
