Singer Park Ji Yoon has one of the most rock-hard female abs K-pop fandom will ever get to see. During her recent appearance on KBS 2TV’s “1 Vs. 100”, Park Ji Yoon revealed her secrets to maintaining her toned figure.
Park Ji Yoon said that’s it’s all about diligence and eating right. She shared, “I exercise diligently, regulate my diet, and eat healthily. I try to keep on schedule with my eating. My life’s schedule is on a constant flux, so when I was young, I would not eat and then eat all at once, ruining my health.”
Park Ji Yoon continued, “In a way, it’s something I learned to develop from promoting for such a long time. I pack my meals, and when I have time, I try to eat three meals a day.”
