Kim Jaejoong's "Triangle" Unveils First Teaser Clip

The first official teaser for Kim Jaejoong’s much-awaited comeback drama series, “Triangle”, has finally been unveiled.

The first official teaser for Kim Jaejoong’s much-awaited comeback drama series, “Triangle”, has finally been unveiled.

The preview teaser shows the contrasting lives of the three brothers, portrayed by Lee Bum Soo, Kim Jaejoong, and Im Siwan. Other cast members were also revealed in the teaser, including Baek Jin Hee, Oh Yeon Soo, and Kim Hye Eun.

The drama has been gaining attention since it will be Kim Jaejoong’s first drama series since he starred in the MBC drama series “Doctor Jin” in 2012. Kim Jaejoong plays the middle brother who lost his birth name of Dong Chul and now lives as the third-rate gambler Heo Young Dal. To prepare for his role, Kim Jaejoong and Im Siwan even received professional lessons on working at a casino. They were trained in dealing cards and chips and more.

Im Siwan, who plays the youngest of the three brothers, commented, “It is interesting and fun to learn about gambling legally. But I did not know about Texas Hold’em [poker game] before this, so I find it difficult. I don’t know the rules well yet, but it gets more fun as I learn.”

“Triangle” revolves around the story of three brothers who got separated after their parents died when they were young. They only get to reunite 20 years later, facing conflicts of different life situations.

“Triangle” will premiere at the end of “Empress Ki” in May.
