KBS' "Music Bank" is Headed to Brazil for a Special World Cup Tour!

The popular music show KBS will be delighting fans in Brazil as they take K-pop idols with them to perform!

KBS' “Music Bank” will be visiting Brazil to film for a Brazil World Cup special. On May 3, a representative of the station revealed that on June 7 at 7PM (BRT), the music program is set to film in Rio de Janeiro at the HSBC Arena. This special broadcast is for the Korean national soccer players who will representing in the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.

The artists who will take the stage on that night are Infinite, SHINee, Ailee, CNBLUE, MBLAQ, M.I.B, and a lot more, having a total of seven groups of singers set to appear. Since the special night is dedicated in wishing the Korean national team with good luck, the environment is also expected to be energetic.

The "Music Bank" World Tour is annually held since 2011. The tour has already been held in 5 different cities across Asia, Europe and South America, specifically Tokyo, Paris, Hong Kong, Viña del Mar (Chile) and Jakarta and last show was On September 7, 2013, being its 6th in Istanbul.

Instead of the usual “Music Bank” hosts, Park Seo Joon and SISTAR‘s Bora, KBS announcers is going to host the show. Though music programs which includes “Music Bank” have been postponed due to the Sewol ferry accident, it is anticpated that the music programs will be back in the middle of May.
