Top stars Song Hye Kyo and Kang Dong Won were recently caught in a dating rumour after they were spotted together in none other than the city of love and lights-Paris, France. However, what might have been the biggest dating rumour to hit this year was immediately denied by the two's respective agencies.

United Artists Agency issued an official statement to clarify the matter, saying, "It is true that both [Song Hye Kyo and Kang Dong Won] are in Paris, but they went there for a photo shoot together with a staff," emphasizing that the stars were only there for work and not for a romantic stroll in the city.

The dating rumours erupted on May 28 when a Chinese fan who spotted both stars together in Paris posted a photo of them online. Fans then came up with different strings of theories, particular one suggesting they are romantically involved. Other netizens also speculated that Kang Dong Won may have followed Song Hye Kyo in France since she attended the recent Cannes Film Festival that was held there. She was present at the event together Zhang Ziyi and Director John Woo for the special screening and press conference for the movie "The Crossing".

To further extinguish the blaze of dating rumours, photographer Hong Jang Hyun posted a photo on his Instagram on May 29, showing that Song Hye Kyo and Kang Dong Won were indeed in Paris for a photo shoot. The photographer wrote, "Our filming was fun Song&Kang," and along with it posted a photo "Song & Kang" and the staff posing in front of the Eiffel Tower.

In the meantime, Song Hye Kyo and Kang Dong Won has wrapped up filming for their movie "Pit-a-Pat My Life" in which they will appear as a married couple. Well at least their romantic tandem is real on the movie screen!
