Just a few days prior to their official comeback, ToppDogg's upcoming mini album has unfortunately been leaked!

A representative from ToppDogg's agency said on June 8, "All the tracks included in ToppDogg's mini album, which are supposed to be released on June 9, have been leaked through YouTube and other media sharing sites."

According to the representative, the files were uploaded through YouTube and other sites on June 7 in the evening. Other than the title track "Top Dog", four other tracks from the group's upcoming "AmadeuS" mini album were illegally leaked online. Immediately after the news of the leak spread throughout the interwebs, ToppDogg's agency immediately sought to preventive measures to avoid additional damages. The uploaded songs were later changed from public to private viewing.

The agency declared that they will be resorting to legal actions to resolve the issue, "Illegally leaking [files] is not right towards the artists and the agency who put their best efforts into the craft. This [leaking] must be stopped. By cooperating with authorities, we will try to prevent the recurrence of such incidents. Moreover, we will take legal actions against the leaker(s) and distributor(s) by asking necessary compensation [for the damages], and make them take due responsibility for their actions."

ToppDogg's "AmadeuS" leak is one of the growing cases of artists' songs and albums getting leaked before their official release dates. In recall, EXO's "Overdose" audio clip and dance video was leaked in April prior to the group's official comeback. SM Entertainment also issued that they will be filing a lawsuit against the perpetrator(s) behind the leak. Leaking copyrighted files is absolutely illegal, and in the case of songs getting leaked prior to its official release it could badly affect the album/song's official sales and income.

ToppDogg's "AmadeuS" will officially be out on June 9, and will be followed by the group's comeback stage on "M! Countdown" on June 12.
