Fly To The Sky Reveal They're Still Very Close With SM Entertainment's Lee Soo Man

In a recent interview with My Daily, iconic R&B Fly to the Sky shared that they are still good friends with SM Entertainment's Lee Soo Man despite now being managed by a different company. In recall, Fly to the Sky made their debut in 1999 under SM Entertainment.

Fly to the Sky's Hwanhee revealed that shortly after getting discharged from the army, he and Brian went to visit Lee Soo Man to talk about their plans for a comeback. The two wanted to talk to Lee Soo Man about their plans before anybody else. When they won first place on a music program from their latest track "You You You", the duo personally contacted Lee Soo Man to once again thank him.

Hwanhee shared, "Lee Soo Man is the father of Fly to the Sky. That's why we went to him and told him foremost about our plans over a meal before making our comeback. We would have felt really sorry if we had not told him before releasing a new album.That is discourteous. We would have felt frustrated even after meeting with success."

He even posted a picture of himself with Brian while holding up wine given by Lee Soo Man to express their gratitude.

Brian said, "We contacted him to thank him after winning first place; he congratulated us and personally sent us wine as gifts. He even sent us a wreath for our concert, so we were moved. To tell the truth, even when we left SM Entertainment in the past, we definitely did not separate with bad feelings. Some of the rumors are misunderstandings. There were no occurrences like blocking our promotions or not allowing us to use our group name. There were no problems."

Fly to the Sky debuted under SM Entertainment in 1999 with their first album "Day by Day". They stayed with SM Entertainment until they transferred to PFull Entertainment in November 2004.
