Park Shin Hye retains her position as the ambassador for the Korean Intellectual Property Protection Association (KIPRA) for the second year in a row!
The actress' agency, S.A.L.T. Entertainment said on June 19, "Park Shin Hye has been appointed as the ambassador for the Korea Intellectual Property Protection Association's campaign to spread the culture of respecting intellectual property rights following the campaign to rid the distribution of counterfeit products."
Park Shin Hye also commented on her role as ambassador, saying, "As the ambassador for the campaign to [stop and prevent] the distribution of forged products last year, I realized the value of intellectual property rights and the importance of protecting [those rights]... With experience from my activities last year, I will do my best to bond with even more people."
As part of her activities as the KIPRA ambassador, Park Shin Hye will make an appearance ath the Hanyang University this June 24 for a campaign event. She is also currently filming for her upcoming movie "The Tailors".
Park Shin Hye is well-suited for her role as the ambassador for KIPRA as she is one of the top stars in the industry with a massive fan base stretching across the globe. She is also a recipient of many acting awards, with the latest being for her performance in the much-lauded drama series "The Heirs".
