Former T-ara Member, Hwayoung Makes her Acting Debut in an SBS Drama!

Hwayoung seems to be fulfilling her dreams of acting as she debuts on "Mother's Choice"

The former member of the group, T-ara, Hwayoung is set to make her acting debut through SBS’ one-act drama “Mother’s Choice.”

On June 24, a representative for the broadcast station had revealed that Hwayoung will be one of the actors together with Oh Hyun Kyung and Ji Eun Sung in the special drama.

“Mother’s Choice” is about a son which will be played by Ji Eun Sung, who causes a lot of mistakes, and his mother, played by Oh Hyun Kyung, who covers all his faults. Hwayoung is set to be in a role of a student who becomes the victim and gets hurt from the son’s actions.

Mix reactions have been met as she decided to take part in this drama . Hwayoung has been in the spotlight during the summer of 2012 when news broke that she was leaving T-ara because of the bullying incident. She received a lot of sympathy due to the scandal. However some comments are claiming that she is trying to earn gratitude by choosing this special drama as her debut project.

Moreover, “Mother’s Choice” will startits  filming on July 7 and will premiere in the middle of the same month.
