Amoeba Culture Taking Legal Action Against Netizen Who Spread Photos of Contents of Choiza's Wallet

The agency revealed that they will not take the situation lightly since Choiza's right to privacy has been violated by the person who rummage through his lost wallet and posted the contents on the internet.

Dynamic Duo's Choiza, through his agency Amoeba Culture, has responded to the recent controversy following the discovery of his wallet which allegedly contains photographs of him and f(x) member Sulli. The agency revealed that they will not take the situation lightly since Choiza's right to privacy has been violated by the person who rummage through his lost wallet and posted the contents on the internet.

In an interview with Sports DongA, the agency said that they are preparing legal action against the perpetrator.

On June 25, the agency said, "It is Choiza's wallet in the picture circulating on-line.  We are in the midst of preparing legal action against the first circulator.  We have not yet made the report, but revealing a person's personal item without permission will certainly not go unpunished."

On June 24, a netizen posted a photo of a wallet with the title, "Choiza's wallet picture." As seen in the photo, the wallet contains a solo photo of Sulli as well as photo booth pictures of Sulli with a man wearing sunglasses who bears strong resemblance to Choiza.

In a statement with Allkpop, a representative from Amoeba Culture said on June 25, "After checking up on it, the wallet in the picture uploaded online is indeed the wallet Choiza had lost. However, the pictures inside the wallet are a matter of the artist's private life, so we have nothing to say on that matter. However, we will not remain indifferent to the fact that the picture [of the wallet] was revealed and the artist's personal life was circulated."

However, although Sulli is affected by the matter, it seems that SM Entertainment will remain tight-lipped on the issue. In recall, SM Entertainment also pressed legal charges against a netizen who spread malicious rumors about Sulli and her "dating scandal" with Dynamic Duo's Choiza last year.

Although at the time, both denied having a relationship, this new situation rekindles the issue on the real score behind their closeness.
