Figure skater, Kim Yuna has reached 100,000 albums sold of her compilation albums in her skating program music.
On July 3, according to Universal Music, Kim Yuna got to release a total of four compilation albums, consisting the music she used for her skating programs each season, which includes 'Fairy on the Ice' (2008), 'Fairy on the Ice'(2009), 'The Queen on Ice (2011)', and 'The Queen on Ice – The Classics Best Album' (2014).
Her first album 'Fairy on the Ice' which was recently out went platinum in one month since its release. Kim Yuna and Park Jung Hyun (Lena Park)'s "Winter Dream", "Send in the Clowns", and "Adíos Nonino" were also released as singles.
Kim Yuna stated, "I didn't expect that they would receive this much love. I received a lot of love during my competitions, and I am very thankful that you even love the music that I did my programs with. I want to share my gratitude to the fans who always support me."
