Girls’ Generation has been breaking ground on the Japanese charts with their success of a compilation album which is titled, “The Best.” The album, which comprised of popular hits such as “Gee,” “Genie,” “Hoot” and “Mr Mr,” which has got the number one spot in Japan’s Oricon Weekly Album Chart. This is another achievement as it was released by the chart company earlier this week revealing that the album had also got top spot in the Oricon Daily Album Chart.
Also, figures from the chart compilers have got to notice that boy band NU’EST are also big in Japan, with the act’s album, “NU’EST Best in Korea,” getting the Number 7 spot on the Daily Album Chart.
Girls’ Generation popularity shows no sign of failing in Japan. Series of concerts that saw the group play 17 dates in seven different Japanese cities has seen the nine-member group gain yet more loyal fans in the country.
