For the August 21 issue of fashion and lifestyle magazine HIGH CUT, Jay Park shows off his b-boy skills for a creative dance-themed pictorial.
Other than showing of his dance moves, Jay Park, clad in a black cardigan, flaunted his tattooed and toned torso. Clearly, everything Jay Park does is given a touch of sexiness.
In the interview segment with HIGHCUT, Jay Park talked about his participation in the dance survival show "Dancing 9" as well as his CEO-ship of hip hop label AOMG.
On "Dancing 9", Jay Park appears as one of the judges. On this he commented, "Even though I was pitted as the master, looking at the contestants' skills I thought they are way better than me. Seeing them dance rekindled my passion for dancing."
Last year, Jay Park launched his own hip hop label called AOMG. Although still being relatively new, the singer-CEO is surprised by how well his company is doing. In hindsight, he didn't even expect that it would grow so much in the past year. AOMG houses rookie musicians that have all the potential but are not that exposed yet. After founding AOMG these artists are now getting more attention, and are even receiving calls to appear as feature artists in other more established singers' releases.
Jay Park also delighted fans with the news that he might be coming out with a second album this September. As in typical Jay Park fashion, the album will be painted in all sorts of colors and will feature ballads, upbeat tracks, and strong rap segments. Jay Park commented, "It's been 3 years since I worked on music. If you compare this new one to my previous album, you'll realize that I've shown improvement."
