Footages of Jinwoon's Car Accident Wreckage Revealed

SBS was the first to reveal footages of the car accident wreckage that involved Jinwoon and his staff.

At 11:30PM on October 6, 2AM member Jinwoon was involved in a vehicular accident with a 25-ton truck.

During the October 9 broadcast of the SBS tv show "One Night of TV Entertainment", footage of the car crash wreckage was first revealed to the public. The images showed a severely damaged car which made viewers think how lucky the passengers, which included Jinwoon and his staff, are to be alive after the collision.

According to the report, Jinwoon was sitting on the right-hand side passenger seat as shown in this photo.

2AM's agency commented, "Because the accident was so bad, he's received trauma mentally. Jinwoon was unable to exit the vehicle because it was scrapped. The surgery [however] completed well."

Immediate following the accident, Jinwoon and the others were rushed to the Samsung Medical Center where they received treatment for their injuries. The 2AM maknae, however, had to undergo a major operation for his fracture ankle and also another for his laceration. His agency has stated earlier that his surgery went well and he is currently taking a lot of rest.

Jinwoon's scheduled activity for the time being will be cancelled until he has fully recuperated, perhaps in time for 2AM's Nocturne concert in December.
