In light of recent reports regarding Lee Byung Hun's blackmail scandal, news has it that the actor has put up for sale her home with Lee Min Jung in Gwangju. However, the actor's representative confirmed that such is false.

In a statement with X Sports News on September 24, BH Entertainment said that the report suggesting Lee Byung Hun sold his conjugal home is baseless. "He has not even visited the house. The report was not confirmed at all," the representative said.

Media outlet Woman Chosun was the first to report that the couple's Gwangju estate has been added to the real estate offerings lately. According to a real estate representative, Lee Byung Hun allegedly met up quietly with a realtor to discuss the sale. However, the source said that the reason behind this is that the value for the house has fallen, contrary to speculations that he must have done this as a result of the recent incidents.

Woman Chosun also published a phone conversation they had with one of Lee Byung Hun's housemaids. The housemaid, who's been working in the actors' home since June 2013, told Woman Chosun that Lee Min Jung enjoys cooking so much so that she personally cooks everything that is served in the house. "She made the house feel like a home. If she's not around, the house feels very lonely," the maid shared.

As of this writing, Lee Min Jung has transferred to her parents' home to escape public and media attention. The actress' previously extended her vacation time in Paris to take a break from the scandal. When she returned to Korea, she remained quiet about the issue and has not spoken about it since. A close acquaintance to the actress, however, said that Lee Min Jung is still in quite a shock and has been very stressed out due to the controversy.
