Actor Lee Buung Hun, who has been recently got caught up in a controversy with GLAM member Dahee and model Lee Ji Yeon, had come out in the public for the first time, making an apology to his wife, Lee Min Jung.

It was on the evening of October 30 when the actor had shown his self in public, as he was scheduled to depart for the United States to carry out his scheduled appearance in the country.

Lee Byung Hun, who showed a tired expression, had made his public statement saying, "I feel apologetic towards those I have disappointed, and I feel regretful. In particular, I am sorry to my wife and family. I will try to recover the wounds that my wife sustained."

He also added, "I will do my best to recover the wounds that my wife sustained. I will resignedly accept the criticism about myself. However, I will try to take decisive measures against incorrect claims and do my best to correct them."

Lee Byung Hun will be carrying out his scheduled activities such as doing his duties as a spokesman for the state of California and will be filming his next movie, G.I. Joe. There has been no details on when the actor will be returning to South Korea.
