"The Avengers" star Tom Hiddleston arrived in Korean shores on October 14 to promote the newest instalment to the Thor franchise, "Thor: The Dark World". "Loki", whom Hiddleston portrays in the movie, was more than excited to meet his fans and appear in several Korean tv programs.
It was recently revealed that the English actor is slated to appear in the October 19 broadcast of "SNL Korea", making him the third foreign celebrity to join the comedy show. "I'm Yours" singer Jason Mraz and Victoria's Secret supermodel Miranda Kerr.
On October 15, Tom Hiddleston already filmed for "SNL Korea" with their crew in Seoul. In the skit, Tom will be playing a parody version of "Thor: God of Thunder" and "The Avengers" together with Kim Min Yo who will portray the role of Thor. Fans are also excited to see Hiddleston's surprise performance of Crayon Pop's famous "5-cylinder-engine" dance routine.
Aside from his appearance in "SNL Korea", Tom Hiddleston is also set to appear in another variety show with Girl's Generation's Tiffany.
A photo of Hiddleston taking a selca with Tiffany was posted on SM Entertainment's Facebook page. The photograph was taken while the two were filming Mnet's "Wide Entertainment News". Tiffany was tasked to take the actor on a tour around the city of Seoul.
"Thor: The Dark World" will be premiere in Korea and other countries on October 30th.
