Roy Kim has had a very prolific and productive time every since he returned to Korea earlier this year. For one, he recently released his new album "Home" on October 8, which was followed by a solo concert tour called "2014 Roy Kim Live Tour: Home". But amidst his busy schedule, the singer has decided to return to the U.S soon to continue his studies.
During his concert at the Olympic Park Olympic Hall in Seoul, Roy Kim told fans that he will be leaving very soon to continue his studies in the U.S. The fans were very saddened by the news since they would miss Roy Kim and his music a lot. After shouts of disappointment came from the audience, the singer consoled them by saying, "This is part of the process to prepare me to become a better singer upon my return. I will be the type of person who can grasp a bigger perspective. I'm not here to become a legend in the music industry. I will achieve my dreams if I'm able to sing for a long time with you."
Roy Kim has been staying in America prior to his return to Korea early this 2014. He's currently enrolled at the Georgetown McDonough School of Business. He was juggling his career and studies; while Roy Kim went on hiatus, he then enrolled for classes at Georgetown. He is expected to continue his studies at Georgetown when he returns to the U.S
Meanwhile, Roy Kim will have a tour this November 1 in Daegu, followed by a show in Daejeon on November 15. His final show will be in Changwon on November 29.
