T-ara's Jiyeon was Given Treatment for Her Knee Injury While Taping Their Performance for 'M!Countdown'

Jiyeon experienced a pain in her knee while filming on their performance for M!Countdown. T-ara's member, Ji Yeon was brought to the hospital after taping for "M!Countdown" because of her complaint of pain in the knee.

T-ara's member, Ji Yeon was brought to the hospital after taping for "M!Countdown" because of her complaint of pain in the knee.

Core Contents Media, the group's agency, said in a statement, "Ji Yeon hurt her knee during dance practice and went to the hospital after filming for 'M!Countdown'." They also added that, in order Ji Yeon would be successful in the said filming despite of her knee aches, the group selected to sit down for their pre-recorded performance.

When she got to the hospital, it was identified that Ji Yeon has Knee Synovitis, which is an inflammation in the area around the joints. She was treated for the said injury and came back to "M!Countdown" for their performance in the live show. However, it was then stated that Ji Yeon went back to the hospital to receive acupuncture.

Later, Ji Yeon reported to Star News, "I apologize for making people worry...I want to show a good performance and not worry the fans."
