Singer and idol BoA has made her domestic acting debut for "Big Match." She has been receiving positive reviews as she showed her side of acting in a different level.

The film caters to a different level of action, which BoA showed in perfect level, as she showed her fluency in the scenes with energy and power, impressing the viewers.

BoA plays Soo Kyung, who are following orders from Ace, played by Shin Ha Kyun, and guides the protagonist Choi Ik Ho, played by Lee Jung Jae in the next mession. BoA had special action training for five months prior filming the movie to get ready for the fight scenes in the movie.

BoA on her different level of acting, "I have long received acting offers, but at the time I was so involved in my music that I could not seriously consider acting. However, after participating in the Hollywood movie “Make Your Move,” I developed an interest in acting."

While co-star, Lee Jung Jae said, "I know of BoA as a singer who ever since she was little devoted herself to her craft. She has that in common with the character Soo Kyung. When BoA comes to set, you can tell she has practiced a lot. She is truly a professional."
