Celebrities have been owning buildings. Who are they? With their busy schedule and different images, who would have known celebrities also own buildings in Korea.

 With their busy schedule and different images, who would have known celebrities also own buildings in Korea.

Actor, Park Joong Hoon guested on tvN's "Taxi" on October 21 and opened up that he owns a building amounting to 29 billion KRW ($27.3 million).  He stated, "Truthfully, I invested well.  Until now, I have done 40 movies and 100 advertisements.  As I don't live wastefully, I saved up well."

Another star surprisingly was revealed to own a building. KARA's Hara possesses a five-story building in Seoul's Cheongdam-dong.  Several celebrities such as Rainbow and f(x)'s Sulli regularly go to a nail shop located in this building.

Meanwhile, YG Entertainment's Yang Hyun Suk has numerous buildings in Gangbuk, Seoul, he owns including the YG Company building.  He also owns many buildings in the Seogyo-dong and Hapjeong-dong area.

Another actor, Jang Geun Seuk owns a villa in Seoul's Nonhyeon-dong.  What impressive is he recently possessed a six-story building in Japan's Shibuya district. 

Some celebrities own a building for philanthropy purposes.  The Cha In Pyo and Shin Ae Ra couple have a building in Cheongdam-dong wherein there is an education and research facility.  They purchased the same building and its land in 2006 and constructed a building in 2008.
