Staff Says Yewon and Henry Are Not Leaving "We Got Married"

It's going to be a longer ride for new couple Yewon and Henry despite the controversy surrounding Yewon.

A few days ago, fans of the Yewon-Henry pairing on "We Got Married" got worried when it was rumored that the pairing might be discontinued. This stems from the controversy Yewon got involved in with Lee Tae Im during the filming of "Tutoring Across Generations".

In recall, footage of Yewon and Lee Tae Im's spat on the set of "Tutoring Across Generations" went public and caused an uproar among viewers of "We Got Married". Some viewers flooded "We Got Married's" official homepage asking that Yewon be dropped from the show. So as not to affect Henry's participation on the show, viewers further suggested that the "We Got Married" staff should just replace Yewon and find a better wife for Henry.

With this came the possibility of Yewon and Henry both being dropped from the show as a consequence. However, representatives of Henry and "We Got Married" assured fans that no one is leaving the show.

Henry's representative said, "We haven't anything about anyone getting kicked out of the show. We are anticipating a filming schedule next week for 'We Got Married.'"

The director of "We Got Married" also said that they have no plans of dropping Henry and Yewon from their couple line-up.

So it seems that all systems are still a go for Yewon and Henry as they continue their participation in "We Got Married".

In the meantime, Henry made a romantic proposal for his virtual wifey "Yewon" on the April 4 broadcast of "We Got Married", during which Henry surprised Yewon (and everyone else) with a kiss on the lips!
