It's no question that Miss A is one of the hottest K-pop groups ever. With their latest release, "Only You", the group proved that they will continue to surprise fans with better music, better dance routines, and better style with every comeback. During Miss A interview in KBS 2TV's "Music Bank", the girls of Miss A revealed how they maintain their slim and curvaceous body just in time for their comeback.

Suzy first shared, "When I'm managing my weight, I don't eat at night, and instead I just eat something delicious the next day. I wouldn't eat dinner so that I can reward myself the day after. Strict dieting doesn't fit me well."

Similarly with Suzy, Jia doesn't go with rigorous diet programs. "I'm not that intense [when it comes to dieting]. When we're on hiatus, I eat a lot. But once we start out promotions, I would barely eat and usually I would just eat fruits and vegetables. Since I don't have much time to exercise, I focus on controlling what I eat."

Fei said, "I thought I'm not the type that easily gains weight, but I do gain weight in places I might not notice. My routine to staying slim is to eat less. I only eat a little."

While Suzy, Jia, and Fei control their diets to maintain their figures, it was revealed during the interview that member Min is the only one who maintains an exercise routine. "I also control what I eat, but I like exercising, too, so I maintain my figure by exercising."
