EXO member Xiumin and Lay had fans raising their eyebrows with their latest Instagram developments. With news about Tao's possible (confirmed according to the singer's father) departure from SM Entertainment and consequently EXO, fans speculate that Xiumin's Instagram deactivation is related to the latest controversy.

Xiumin deleted or deactivated his account "exoxm90" on Instagram in April 21. Lighter theories are behind the move such as the idea that perhaps Xiumin wanted to start anew on Instagram since this isn't the first time he deleted his Instagram account only to create a new one later on.  But with the news of Tao's looming exit still in the midst, fans can't help but think that this may be Xiumin's way of expressing his frustration. Before his account went missing, he already had over 2 million followers on Instagram.

But it's not just Xiumin who's recently having suspicious Instagram activities. Lay has deleted all his Instagram pictures on his "zyxzjs" account, raising the alarm for EXO-L. Fans are still uncertain as to why Lay deleted his pictures on Instagram, but many believe that it must be related to the current Tao situation. If Tao's departure does turn out to be true, Lay will be the only Chinese member remaining in EXO.

This week, Tao's father dropped a bomb by revealing his intentions to pull out the singer from SM Entertainment due to health concerns. The worried father said Tao's health is more important, and he thinks Tao is not getting the proper care he needs from SM Entertainment particularly for his injuries.
