One media source had reported on October 28 that the CEO of the former agency of B2ST member, Yong Jun Hyung' filed a lawsuit against KBS requesting correct a report on what the rapper have said on the KBS show, "Win Win" last year.
On the said variety program, Yong Jun Hyung talked about his struggle with his former CEO, revealing about a 'slave contract,' which had a 10-year span and that there threats from the former CEO. However, when he tried to say that he wanted to leave, his CEO took him out to a bar and made threats him, handling broken bottles. The same statement was brought up again four days later on the show "Entertainment Weekly."
After the lawsuit, Yong Jun Hyung showed up in court, being a witness, and attested that all he mentioned during the broadcast were all true. Even though, the court ruled, "Even though it is hard to prove that Yong Jun Hyung's words were false, it is also difficult to prove that they are true; therefore, his previous agency's CEO's claims should also be broadcast," and ordered that KBS broadcast the refuting report "It has become known that it is not true Yong Jun Hyung's previous agency's CEO threatened him with a bottle."
Meanwhile, KBS filed a petition against the ruling, mentioning that in the beginning of the trial, Yong Jun Hyung's statements were not proven to be incorrect, which led to the court to only order a contesting report, not a correction report. KBS has determined, however, that they are not the subject of such contesting reports, and has filed a petition.
Furthermore, it became known today that the CEO "Mr.Kim" has filed charges for per jury against Yong Jun Hyung.
