BESTie Explains The Idea Behind Their Sexy “Love Emotion” Concept

The girls are going for a smart, sexy "see through" concept. At their "Love Emotion" mini-album showcase on May 6, BESTie talked about their controversial sexy concept.

At their "Love Emotion" mini-album showcase on May 6, BESTie talked about their controversial sexy concept. In the recently revealed teaser video, the girls were wearing a pair of glasses which allowed them to know a person's hidden thoughts.

When asked what their seemingly suggestive concept is about, the members said, "We went through a 'see-through' concept in which we are able to see a person's hidden agendas by wearing special glasses. Without these glasses, you can't [know what a person is thinking.] Our album jacket cover shows that we're covered up, but when you look at it from afar it looks like we're only wearing a shirt. When you look closer, you'll see our undergarments [on the outside]. We related this ['see-through' theme] to the song."

Although the colorful undergarments will catch the audience's attention, BESTie revealed that it's not the key item in their concept. "The key item to our outfits is the stockings. We're playing around with it. We browsed through a lot of other materials together with our agency. They approved of our ideas so it gives us more confidence to perform on stage," the members said.

BESTie will release their full "Love Emotion" album and "Excuse Me" music video on May 8.
