A Pink's Na Eun shared some beauty tips to help you achieve that goddess-like glow and that healthy bod!
Na Eun participated in a photo shoot and interview with SURE magazine, in which she showed a more grown up and sophisticated look. Aside from Na Eun's slender figure and classic fashion sense, another things that's evident is that Na Eun's skin exudes a healthy radiance.
To achieve healthy skin like Na Eun, the star suggests choosing sodium-free products if going for a complete diet overhaul is too much of a struggle. "[Eating sodium-free food] won't make you gain weight, and it shows good results. Every time I feel hungry, I drink tomato juice which keeps me filled up. When we're about to have a comeback, I replace my usual breakfast and dinner meals with detoxing juices," Na Eun shared.
Ever since her debut, Na Eun's figure has slowly become more feminine and slender. The singer says she owes her current figure to regularly exercise, especially squats. Na Eun revealed, "Even when overseas activities keep me from going to the gym, I still do squats [at the hotel]. I do five set of twenty [squats] every day, which not only works out my legs but also my entire body. [Because of this routine], I've gotten rid of the cellulite on my buttocks which I never thought would [be firmer]."
