Kim Hyun Joong will be leaving the variety program "Barefoot Friends."

On October 31, the representatives of Key East Entertainment told TV Report, "Due to scheduling conflicts with Kim Hyun Joong's drama, he will need to step down from SBS' 'Barefoot Friends.' He recently finished his last filming for the show."

So that he could start filming his upcoming KBS drama, "Age of Feeling" (also named as "Inspiring Generation"), Kim Hyun Joong will be going to China in November making it hard for him to continue filming "Barefoot Friends" at the same time. After conducting talks with the program's production team, it has been decided that he would leave instead.

Key East also said, "The filming for 'Barefoot Friends' that took place on October 27 was Kim Hyun Joong's last one," and "He is preparing to show better sides of himself through the upcoming drama."

Meanwhile, it is reported that there hasn't been a replacement host for Kim Hyun Joong for "Barefoot Friends." Besides Kim Hyun Joong, Yoon Shi Yoon and Uee will also have new dramas, making talks about them leaving the show as well.
