Shin Se Kyung and T.O.P to Pair Up in "The War of Flowers" Sequel

Shin Se Kyung will join T.O.P as the singer's lover interest in the upcoming movie "The War of Flowers 2".

Shin Se Kyung joins the cast of the upcoming sequel for “The War of Flower 2” together with Big Bang member T.O.P.

On November 1, movie insiders confirmed that Shin Se Kyung has finally decided to take on the role as T.O.P’s love interest in “The War of Flower 2” on October 31.

A source spilled the beans to Newsen and said, “Shin Se Kyung has been confirmed as the female lead for ‘The War of Flowers 2’ and will work with T.O.P and Kwak Do Won.”
Namoo Actors, Shin Se Kyung’s talent agency, also confirmed the news with the said media outlet. The actress will take on the role of Heo Mi Na, who will be involved in a romantic relationship with T.O.P in the movie. Kwak Do Won, on the other hand, will be the film’s antagonist.
The first “The War of Flowers” movie was a huge success in 2006. T.O.P will play Ham Dae Kil, nephew to the first film’s lead character, Go Ni (who was played by Jo Seung Woo).
“The War of Flowers 2” will be directed by Kang Hyun Chul who also directed “Speedy Scandal” and “Sunny”.
“The War of Flowers” is scheduled for a 2014 release as filming begins by the end of this year.
