"Day Trip" is 19-minute film directed by brothers Park Chan Wook and the Parl Chan Kyong. It stars actor Song Kang Ho and Jeon Hyo Jung. The story revolves around a pansori master (Song Kang Ho) who went to practice the music in the mountains together with his student (Jeon Hyo Jung) who got disappointed after joining a music competition.

"One Perfect Day" is Kim Ji Woon's first romantic comedy movie. The 35-minute film stars Yoon Kye Sang and Park Shin Hye. The story is about a man named Uncheol, played by Yoon Kye sang, who goes through life in search of a girlfriend. He participates in a series of blind dates that end up disastrously. His last blind date was with a girl named Yoo Jin (Park Soo Jin) who immediately ditched him after his showcase of undesirable behaviour. As Uncheol wanders the streets in disappointment, he comes across a missing dog, and returns it to the owner, Eunhee (Park Shin Hye). Eunhee offers Uncheol a monetary reward, but instead of accepting he asked Eunhee to play rock paper scissors with him-if he won, they'd go on a date; if he lost or came to a draw, he'd leave her in peace.

Both "Day Trip" and "One Perfect Day" are now available on KOLON Sports' official webpage.

Other Korean films scheduled to be shown at the festival include "Hide and Seek", "The Flu", "Secretly Greatly", and the English-language sci-fi film "Snowpiercer" which stars Hollywood actors Chris Evans and Tilda Swinton.

The London Korean Film Festival are currently celebrating their 8th year since their humble beginnings in 2006. It is the leading event that introduces classic and modern Korean movies to European viewers, making it an avenue for cultural exchange in the United Kingdom.
